Below you will find hotlines for domestic violence and sexual assault to help you. You are not alone. There are people and programs ready and willing to help statewide. Fear not; help is at hand and God is with you. If you need emergency help -- dial 911. Law enforcement is trained to help you.

If the offender has access to either your computer or your computer account you will need to clean your web browser of its history. It's easy and it's a matter of self-protection. Here's how in a PC:
1. Left Click on Start
2. Left Click on Control Panel
3. Left Click on Network and Internet Connections
4. Left Click on Internet Options
5. Internet Properties will open
6. In the lower right, Left Click on Clear History. This will delete any record of your web browsing on a PC.
